Furthermore, they reneged on the referral card as they said I had reached the maximum of $400 in gift cards. Lies, lies, and more lies. DO NOT USE ADT to protect your home. There are better services out there who will be transparent from the start. I’m beyond disappointed in ADT – for a company that has been around as long as they have you would think they would want to keep a good name rather than tarnish it. Oh well. When my contract is up in 3 years, I’ll be promptly cancelling and there will likely be better solutions on the market.
